Yoga classes

Held weekly in some delightful venues in Chertsey, Chobham, Horsell and Woking, the classes are small and friendly (max. 18 people). We start with a gentle warm-up followed by a balanced programme of postures and sequences focussing on the breath (pranayama), to take us to the final relaxation. Using a modern approach to traditional Hatha Yoga, the 60 minute lessons are planned using variations and modifications making them suitable for beginners and intermediates.
